Time + Tide is recruiting an Operations Manager for Miavana, its private-island lodge off northern Madagascar. A senior role running every department of a remote, high-end property.
The role
Run daily operations across rooms division, front office, housekeeping, spa and food and beverage
Keep service at luxury standard
Tailor the stay to each guest
Build a strong team culture
Make sure health, safety and environmental rules are followed
What they are looking for
5 to 7 years in luxury hospitality operations
Remote or island experience preferred
Strong leadership, organisation and guest relations skills
Detail focused and calm under pressure
Fluent English
French a strong plus
Good to know
