Singita Sabi Sand is recruiting a Lodge Anchor, its name for the duty manager on shift who runs reception, concierge and the guest day.
The role
- Run concierge and reception services
- Host guests with personal attention
- Manage and train lodge staff
- Keep homekeeping, maintenance and gardens to standard
- Handle orders, stock and financial admin
- Maintain the guest database
What they are looking for
- 4+ years of work experience
- Ideally 2 years as a trainee or assistant manager at a five-star hotel or top lodge
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including allergies
- Financial management and computer skills
- Excellent English, a second language preferred
- Valid driver's licence
