Singita Kruger National Park is looking for a Head Homekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry at its lodges in the Kruger concession.
The role
- Manage lodge cleaning and room preparation
- Oversee laundry, including outsourced laundry
- Recruit, train and discipline homekeeping staff
- Do daily room checks and log maintenance snags
- Run stock takes and order uniforms and consumables
- Control the homekeeping budget
What they are looking for
- Previous supervisor or manager experience in a similar establishment
- Strong written and spoken English
- MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Admin, procurement and stock control skills
- Able to read and manage financial figures
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
