Singita Kruger National Park is recruiting an Assistant Lodge Manager, a step up into lodge management at a flagship property.
The role
- Support the Lodge Manager in running the lodge
- Host guests and look after guest relations
- Manage and train lodge staff
- Oversee homekeeping, maintenance and gardens
- Handle financial admin, orders and stock
- Run concierge, reception and the guest database
What they are looking for
- 4+ years of work experience
- Ideally 2 years as a trainee at a five-star hotel or top lodge, assistant manager experience preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including allergies
- Financial management ability
- English essential, a second language preferred
- Basic labour law and disciplinary knowledge
