  • Runs the camp day to day: guest service, rooms, food and drink, housekeeping and maintenance
  • Leads and develops the camp team
  • Controls food and drink stock and costs, room checks and health and safety
  • Supports the General Manager with reports and financial controls
  • Wants proven camp or hospitality management experience, ideally at a luxury or remote lodge
