andBeyond Ngala is looking for a live-in Workshop Manager to keep its game-drive fleet and generators running.

Key details

  • Inspects, services and road-tests the vehicles so game-drive vehicles are always ready for guests
  • Keeps the generators reliable and reports on sustainability
  • Handles the workshop admin: stock counts, QuickBooks, vehicle licensing, petty cash and the budget
  • Manages and develops the workshop team and keeps health and safety in order
  • Asks for 3 to 5 years of management at a similar operation, plus mechanic experience and qualifications; travel to and from leave is at your own cost
