  • Stands in for the General Manager during leave and leads the management team and staff
  • Works with the lodge accountant on the budget and cost control, and supports capital projects
  • Oversees day-to-day front and back of house, food, guiding, maintenance and health and safety
  • Hosts guests, agents, media and VIP groups
  • Asks for at least 8 years in management, including at a property with more than 30 beds
