andBeyond is hiring an office-based travel specialist in Sandton to plan and book its leisure group and incentive trips.

Key details

  • Builds group itineraries and handles each booking from the first quote to the final travel documents
  • Manages group budgets and works with agents, guests and suppliers
  • May travel with groups or go on site inspections
  • Asks for at least 5 years of experience with groups and strong Tourplan or similar skills
  • Needs good product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania and Kenya; other African countries are a plus
