General Manager
Singita is looking for a Lodge Manager at Singita Sabi Sand in the Greater Kruger. It is a senior post running a lodge and its team, reporting to the General Manager.
The role
- Run the lodge and lead its team
- Look after guest relations and personal service
- Handle recruitment, induction and performance management
- Keep homekeeping, gardens and maintenance up to standard
- Oversee finances and stock control
- Drive sustainability and support conservation work
What they are looking for
- 6+ years of experience, including management, at five-star hotels or top lodges
- Excellent English, a second language preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including allergies and dietary needs
- Financial management and good computer skills
- Basic labour law and disciplinary procedure knowledge
- Valid driver's licence
