Key details

  • Permanent role in the front of house team
  • Needs 5 to 8 years in luxury hospitality, including guest relations leadership
  • Curates stays for VIP, repeat and special-occasion guests and handles escalations
  • Leads and coaches guest-facing teams and works with kitchen, housekeeping and guiding
  • Experience with guest feedback platforms and PMS systems is a plus
