Samara needs a live-in manager to run hospitality across its three Karoo lodges: Karoo Lodge, The Manor and Plains Camp.
Key details
At least 5 years in hospitality, with 2 managing at a 5-star lodge or hotel
Leads the teams at all three lodges and manages front-of-house and drinks budgets
Fluent English; Afrikaans a plus
Housing on the reserve; pay is market-related
A couple may be considered if the partner is a Big Five field guide
